If you have an emergency that requires immediate attention and our office is not open, please call (423) 777-4579 and you will be contacted by on call personnel. Please have your pharmacy telephone number available when calling.
No narcotics, birth control pills, or medication refills will be filled by on call personnel. We are unable to honor these requests as your medical record is not available after hours. Please call during regular business hours for prescription refills.
If a problem arises during on call hours, but is not a true emergency, waiting to call the office for assistance during regular business hours is greatly appreciated.
